Overview

We helped the owners of these premises to increase their appeal to new businesses through a major refurbishment, including roofing and wall cladding, giving a modern appearance and bringing the building up to current U values.

We removed the old asbestos cement roof and installed a new steel composite roof. We also updated the exterior walls, securing a steel exoskeleton to the masonry and attaching metallic silver composite panels.

The tenants of the building remained in-situ throughout. To accommodate this business, we implemented additional health and safety measures and made sure that disruptive and/or hazardous tasks were completed outside business hours.
